Privacy Policy — DentGeeks: Dental Learning

DentGeeks: Dental Learning (the “app”) is operated by Taji_dev / Abdullah Taji (“DentGeeks”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This policy applies to the Android app with package name com.quiz.dentgeeks and the related DentGeeks services.

Information we may collect

Account information: When you create or use an account, we may process your email address, profile information, user identifier and authentication-related information.

Learning and app activity: We may process quiz answers and results, progress, scores, saved activity, challenge or game-room participation, preferences and interactions with app features.

Technical and diagnostic information: We may process device and app identifiers, app version, operating system, usage events, crash reports, performance information and security logs needed to operate and improve the app.

Approximate location: DentGeeks does not request precise GPS location. Services used for advertising, analytics, security or diagnostics may infer an approximate location from an IP address or device signals.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide quizzes and learning features, save progress and scores, operate challenges, improve performance, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, provide support, measure usage and display or measure advertising.

Service providers and advertising

DentGeeks may use Google services such as Firebase Authentication, Firebase data and diagnostic services, Google Analytics for Firebase and Google AdMob. These providers may process limited information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. The app contains advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. After a valid deletion request, personal account and learning data is deleted or anonymized unless limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention or law. Any retained data is kept only for the necessary period.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network connections where supported. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so please protect your login credentials and never send us your password.

Your choices and account deletion

You may request deletion using the account deletion option inside the app, where available, or through our public deletion page. The page explains what is deleted, what may be retained and how to submit the request.
